What is happening?
The Council has made this Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and all other enabling powers. A copy of the Order is available upon request. Anyone wishing to question the validity or provisions of the Order should apply to the High Court within six weeks from the date that the Order became effective.
The Order, which comes into force on 27 December 2024, will introduce the
following: Revocation of 50 Mph Maximum Speed Limit (to become 30 Mph Maximum Speed Limit by virtue of Street Lighting)
B4102 Solihull Road, Hampton in Arden — from a point approx. 35m west of its junction with Eastcote Lane, westwards for approx. 235m.
(Cheswick Green Village — Various Roads) (Total Prohibition of Waiting, Restriction of Waiting and Limited Waiting) Order 2024 (Amendment No. 1) Order 2024
The Council proposes to make this Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and all other enabling powers. The proposals are: Proposed Total Prohibition of Waiting -— At Any Time Foxland Close (north-west side) - From a point approx. 41m north-east of its junction with Glenwood Drive, south-westwards for approx. 56m. Foxland Close (south-east side) - From a point approx. 28m north-east of its junction with Briarwood Close, south- westwards for approx. 58m.

Restriction of Waiting - Monday to Sunday (Overnight) 10.009m to 6.00am —- along lengths of Cranmore Avenue.

Restriction of Waiting — Monday to Friday 8:30 - 9:30am & 3:00 - 4:00 pm — along lengths of Halford Road and Stoneleigh Road. Restriction of Waiting and Loading - Monday to Friday 8:30 - 9:30am & 3:00 - 4:00 pm - along lengths of St Bernards Road. Revocation of Existing Restrictions - along lengths of St Bernards Road, Stoneleigh Road and Beechwood Park Road.
