What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

(PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING)  AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021

(AMENDMENT 018) ORDER 2024 & THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (TRAFFIC MOVEMENT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT 006) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 18th of December 2024, Buckinghamshire Council has made two Traffic Regulation Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers the effect of which is to introduce/amend the following:

Buckingham Street (from the side of The Harrow across the junction of Cambridge Street., extending to a point outside of Nos. 5/7 Cambridge Street) New Goods Vehicle Loading Bay
Buckingham Street Revocation (Removal) of the 8am - 6.30pm Pedestrian Zone
Cambridge Street (From No. 22 to Buckingham Street) New Prohibition of Motor Vehicles
Revocation (Removal) of existing One-Way System
Cambridge Street (Between No. 37 south-westwards to a point approximately 2 metres southwest of boundary between Nos. 29/27) Revocation Removal) of Pay & Display Bays
No Waiting at Any Time (Double Yellow Lines)
George Street (From rear of Queens Head to Temple Street) New Prohibition of Motor Vehicles
Kingsbury Square (Outside No. 4) Revocation (Removal) of Loading Only Bay
Taxis Only
Kingsbury Square (Outside No. 32) Revocation (Removal) of Loading Only Bay
No Waiting at Any Time & No Loading 10am - 4pm
Kingsbury Square (Outside Nos. 40-44) Revocation (Removal) of Pay & Display and Taxi Waiting
New Loading Only at all times
Market Street (Between Market Square and Temple Street) Revocation (Removal) of One-Way System
New Prohibition of Motor Vehicles

These Orders shall come into effect on the 18th of December 2024. A copy of the Orders, together with all supporting documents may be inspected during normal office hours at Council Access Point (CAP+), Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom. These documents can also be viewed on the Council’s website: https://yourvoicebucks.citizenspace.com/ 

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from Wednesday 18th December 2024, by applying to the High Court.
