What is happening?
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING,
LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to introduce various parking restrictions across multiple roads in the Elm Farm Estate, Aylesbury as shown below:
Please see attached the digital pdf of the Public Notice, outlining the restrictions, and the roads affected.
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom.
