The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction At Sawmills Cottage To Junction East Of Black Dogs Shaft, Chacewater)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Chacewater. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd January 2025 to 9th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From Junction At Sawmills Cottage To Junction East Of Black Dogs Shaft, Chacewater for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Various Roads St Mawes) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Mawes. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 24th January 2025. 

Roads subject to prohibition - The Quay and Kings Road for their entire lengths, The Square between junctions of Kings Road and Tredenham Road and Tredenham Road between the junctions of The Square and Buckeys Lane, St Mawes.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in St Mawes. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

Roads subject to stopping prohibition - The Quay and Kings Road for their entire lengths, The Square between junctions of Kings Road and Tredenham Road and Tredenham Road between the junctions of The Square and Buckeys Lane, St Mawes. The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Quakers Road To Trewedna Lane, Trewedna Lane, Perranwell Station)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Perranwell Station. This prohibition is necessary for vegetation clearing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th January 2025 to 17th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0600, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Road From Quakers Road To Trewedna Lane, Trewedna Water, Perranwell Station and Trewedna Lane, Perranwell Station for their entire lengths.

The County of Cornwall (Kenwyn Street, City Road, Little Castle Street, Victoria Square, St Nicholas Street, River Street, Calenick Street, and Infirmary Hill, Truro) (Temporary Restriction) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd January 2025 to 2nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads affected - Kenwyn Street between the junctions of City Road and Little Castle Street, City Road between the junctions of Kenwyn Street and Calenick Street, Little Castle Street, Victoria Square, St Nicholas Street and River Street for its entire length, Calenick Street between the junctions of The Moorfield and Kenwyn Street, and Infirmary Hill between grid reference SW82374 44610 and the junction of Charles Street, Truro.

It is further ordered that Cornwall Council intends to impose a no left turn from Castle Street onto River Street, to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order, Kenwyn Street between its junctions with Calenick Street and St. Dominic Street/City Road, East to West, to temporarily suspend the existing bus lane Frances Street from its junction with Edwards Street and to temporarily suspend the existing loading bay on Calenick Street, Truro.

The County of Cornwall (Tucoyse Lane, Constantine) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Constantine. This prohibition is necessary for manhole works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th January 2025 to 17th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Tucoyse Lane, Constantine between grid references SW71436 29290 and SW71487 29286.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Agnes. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd January 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Zion To Junction South East Of Tremount, St Agnes between grid references SW73694 52132 and SW73904 51715.
