Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From The A38 At Bodithiel Bridge To The
B3359 South Of Kilmansag, Middle Taphouse) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Middle Taphouse. This prohibition is necessary for wing wall and bridge height signage repairs and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 21st January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From The A38 At Bodithiel Bridge To The B3359 South Of Kilmansag, Middle Taphouse between grid references SX 17274 64355 and SX 17665 64777.

The County of Cornwall (Road From B3253 Junction South Of Bindown To A387, No Mans Land) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in No Mans Land. This prohibition is necessary for drainage improvement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025
to 17th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From B3253 Junction South Of Bindown To A387, No Mans Land for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Hillside Road, Saltash) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Saltash. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 14th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Hillside Road, Saltash between the junctions with Hillside Avenue and Glebe Avenue.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lostwithiel.
This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it
is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 7th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Lanwithan Road, Lostwithiel for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Keyne. This prohibition is necessary for new drainage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 17th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction West Of Penha le To Gellis Rise, St Keyne between grid references SX 23057 61232 and SX 23171 61242.
