Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in

Exeter: NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on specified lengths of Blackall Road, Broadway, Celia Crescent, Chancellors Way, Cowick Hill, Cowick Lane, Exe Vale Road, Exwick Hill, Glasshouse Lane, Glenwood Rise, Greenway, Hanover Road, Headon Gardens, Ide Lane, King Arthurs Road, Larch Road, Littleway, Lower Wear Road, Norwood Avenue, Poplar Close, Prince Charles Road Service Road, Quarry Lane, Radnor Place, Rivermead Road, Road from Normandy Road to Stuart Road, Robert Davy Road, Saxon Road, Shillingford Road, Smith Field Road, Southbrook Road, St Bernards Close, Stoke Hill, Summerway, Tollards Road, Warwick Avenue, Warwick Road; 

REVOCATION OF NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on specified lengths of Robert Davey Road & Wrefords Lane; 

LIMITED WAITING MON-FRI 9AM-5PM 1 HOUR NO RETURN 2 HOURS on a specified length of Church Road; 

RESIDENTS PARKING AT ANY TIME ZONE M on a specified length of Chamberlain Road; 

RESIDENTS PARKING AT ANY TIME ZONE Jon specified lengths of Bystock Terrace & Richmond Road; 

RESIDENTS PARKING AT ANY TIME ZONE G on a specified length of Victoria Street; 

RESIDENTS PARKING MON-FRI 10AM-5PM ZONE N on a specified length of Victor Street; 

SCHOOL ENTRANCE CLEARWAY — NO STOPPING AT ANY TIME on a specified length of Cowick Street; 

REVOCATION OF MOBILE LIBRARY ONLY TUES 12PM-1PM on a specified length of Lower Kings Avenue;

Topsham: NO WAITING AT ANY TIME on specified lengths of Ferry Road & Orchard Way.
Residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter & other vehicles band A permits £35 annually, other vehicles bands B-K 1" permit £35, 2nd permit £55, 3rd permit £65; bands L-M 1" permit £35, extra permits £65; virtual visitor permits £30 per issue (200 hours for schemes not operating at all times/350 hours for schemes operating at all times - allocated in 1 hour sessions), physical daily visitor permits £30 for 30 (24 hour) permits, business permits annual cost: 1" permit £35, 2nd permit £75, 3rd permit £150; annual trade permit £45, short stay trade permit £60 for 20, daily trade permit £5, weekly trade permit £25; guest house/hotel visitors £30 for 20 permits; essential visitor permits £10 annually, care worker permits are free. 

Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles.

Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. 

Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/alwrp to arrive by 9 January 2025. 

Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered. 

If you make a submission be aware that comments will be anonymised prior to being sent to Highways & Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC) members for consideration or being published on our website.
