What is happening?

NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

DIVERSION OF FOOTPATH NO.22 ORDER (NO.1)

The above order was made on 5th December 2024. The effect of the order will be to divert footpath number 22 in order to create an alternative footpath instead, in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part 18 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 and as shown on the order map drawing no. 155370-TGP-1706-LEC1-SK-ECV-000001 REV P01.

A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Main Reception Desk at Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley Park, Middlesex, HA9 0FJ during the civic centre opening hours.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Head of Highways Management (FAO John Fletcher), 7th Floor North Wing, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0FJ or by email: Highwaysearches@brent.gov.uk, quoting the reference TSU/23/698/MS, no later than 9th January 2025, being 28 days following the date of this notice. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, London Borough of Brent itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
