COMPULSORY PURCHASE OF LAND AND RIGHTS IN HAWTHORN AVENUE, HULL, HU3 5PH/5JX
Notice is hereby given that the Kingston upon Hull City Council has prepared the Kingston upon Hull City Council (Land on East Side of Hawthorn Avenue) Compulsory Purchase Order 2024 under section 226(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. It is about to submit this order to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government for confirmation, and if confirmed, the order will authorise Kingston Upon Hull City Council to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of securing the assembly of the land required for the implementation of the redevelopment and regeneration of the land and the surrounding area. A copy of the order and of the accompanying map may be seen at all reasonable hours at Kingston upon Hull City Council, Guildhall, Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 2AA.
Any objection to the order must be made in writing to Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, National Planning Casework Unit, 2 Marsham Street, London, SW1P 4DF, UK before 23 December 2024 and should state the title of the order, the grounds of objection and the objector’s address and interests in the land.
