Temporary Closure of Stoke Road

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Stoke Road - from the junction with White Street, north-eastwards for a total distance of 265 metres. This Order will enable Wales & West Utilities to carry out new connection works.

The Order becomes effective on 12th December 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 17th December 2024 and last until 20th December 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 4 days.
