RINGWOOD ROAD, POOLE – URGENT SEWER REPAIR WORKS

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHAT AND WHERE:

Road closed to all vehicles and no parking – no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time

  • Ringwood Road from its junction with Mannings Heath Road to the property boundary of nos 365/367
  • No parking – no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time (suspension of parking)
  • Stanfield Road from its junction with Rossmore Road to its junction with Apollo Close to aid bus diversion route

WHY: Urgent sewer repair works by Wessex Water

WHEN: Anticipated dates: 6th January 2025 until 21st February 2025

ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.

DIVERSION: Via Ringwood Road, Canford Way, Dorset Way, Old Wareham Road

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under notice for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
