THE A46 TRUNK ROAD (NEAR BILLESLEY, WARWICKSHIRE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC IN LAYBY) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company No. 9346363) has made an order on the A46 Trunk Road, near Billesley, in the County of Warwickshire, to allow works to be carried out by British Telecom.
The effect of the Order will be to close the layby adjacent to the eastbound carriageway of the A46, approximately 304 metres east of the unnamed road
leading to Billesley, Warwickshire. The closure will be carried out overnight on weeknights only between 21:00 hours and 06:00 hours and is expected to start on Monday 6 January 2025 and continue for eleven nights. The Order will come into force on 30 December 2024. Vehicles being used for police, fire and rescue authority or ambulance purposes, and vehicles being used in connection with the works or for winter maintenance purposes will be exempt from the closure.
