Ar 20 Rhagfyr 2021 fe wnaeth Cyngor Sir Ddinbych Orchymyn chwe mis, yn dechrau ar 3 Ionawr 2022, i wahardd cerddwyr rhag defnyddio'r hawliau tramwy a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod.

Roedd angen cau’r llwybrau er mwyn codi datblygiad newydd yn Aberkinsey, yn unol â chaniatâd cynllunio 95/2018/1215.

Mae’r Gorchymyn presennol yn dod i ben ar 2 Ionawr 2025 ond i hwyluso’r gwaith adeiladu mae’r cyfnod wedi’i ymestyn o 6 mis arall tan 2 Gorffennaf 2025, gyda chymeradwyaeth Gweinidogion Cymru yn unol â darpariaethau adran 15(5) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991).

Bydd llwybr arall ar gael, a fydd wedi’i amlygu ar y map sy’n cyd-fynd â’r cynllun cysylltiedig.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

VARIOUS RIGHTS OF WAY – RHUDDLAN COMMUNITY

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

On 20th December 2021, Denbighshire County Council made an Order effective for a six-month period commencing from 3rd January 2022 which prohibits pedestrians from using the rights of way stated in the Schedule below.

The reason for the closures is to allow for the construction of a new development at Aberkinsey, as per the planning permission reference 95/2018/1215.

The current Order expires on 2nd January 2025, but to facilitate the continuation of the works this has been extended by a further six-month period until 2nd July 2025, with the approval of the Welsh Ministers under provision of section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991).

An alternative route is provided on the ground, which will be signed and shown on the accompanying plan.
