Cyngor Sir Dinas A Sir Caerdydd Gorchymyn Dargyfeirio (Llwybr Troed Narberth, Caerdydd) 2024

Ar 6 Rhagfyr 2024 cadarnhaodd Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd y Gorchymyn uchod.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fel y cadarnhawyd yw dargyfeirio'r llwybr cyhoeddus yn Narberth Road fel y dangosir gan linell ddu solet ar Fap y Gorchymyn a chreu llwybr troed amgen i'w ddefnyddio yn lle hynny fel y dangosir gan linell doredig barhaus ar Fap y Gorchymyn. Bydd y llwybr yn cael ei ddargyfeirio am bellter o 219m ac mae'n 2-3m o led.

Gellir gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn a'r cynllun o ddydd Llun i ddydd Sadwrn (heblaw gwyliau Banc) yn Llyfrgell Ganolog Caerdydd, Yr Ais, Caerdydd CF10 1FL yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol. Mae modd cael copi o'r Gorchymyn a'r cynllun yn y llyfrgell drwy wneud cais.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn dod i rym ar y dyddiad y mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd yn ardystio y cydymffurfiwyd â thelerau Erthygl 2 y Gorchymyn ond os bydd unrhyw berson yn cael ei dramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn ac yn dymuno cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau'r Ddeddf uchod, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd â gofyniad yn y Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw reoliad a wneir oddi tani mewn perthynas â chadarnhau’r Gorchymyn, gall wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at unrhyw un o'r dibenion hyn dan Adran 257 Deddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 o fewn 6 wythnos o’r dyddiad y cyhoeddwyd yr Hysbysiad hwn am y tro cyntaf fel sy’n ofynnol gan baragraff 7 Atodlen 14 y Ddeddf honno.

Notice Of Public Path Order
Town And Country Planning Act 1990, Section 257 And Paragraph 1 Of Schedule 14

The County Council Of The City And County Of Cardiff (Narberth Footpath, Cardiff) Diversion Order 2024

On 6 December 2024 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff
confirmed the above Order.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath at Narberth Road as shown by a solid black line on the Order Map and to create an alternative footpath for use as a replacement as shown by a continuous broken line on the Order Map. The path will be diverted for a total distance of 219metres and is 2-3metres wide.

A copy of the Order and the Order map are available by sending an email request to PSPO@cardiff.gov.uk. Copies of the Order and plan are also available on request by writing to the address below. 

A copy of the Order and plan may be seen Monday to Saturday (except Bank holidays) at Cardiff Central Library, The Hayes, Cardiff CF10 1FL during normal office hours. A copy of the Order and plan may be provided on request from the library.

This Order comes into force on the date on which the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person is aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, they may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which this Notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
