What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY 40 MPH
(30 MPH) SPEED LIMIT
A619 BASLOW ROAD, HOLYMOORSIDE
WHEN: 16 December to 19 December 2024 (19:00 to 06:00 each night).
WHERE: It will be necessary to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph (30 mph past works), from the Jct. of Westwick Lane for a distance of 400m in an easterly direction.
REASON: To facilitate trial hole works.
The restriction will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph (30 mph past works).
