What is happening?

(CONSOLIDATION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 1982
(AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Sections 1, 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46A, 49, 51, 53 and 124(1)(c), (d) (f) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce
One Way Traffic on parts of Oxford Street
A copy of the proposed Order, a plan showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or on the City Council Website at
www.sheffield.gov.uk/home/roads-pavements/traffic-orders.
Any observations, either supporting or objecting to the proposed Order, including the grounds for your objection, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by the 9 January 2025.
