Edgbaston Park Road - Temporary Prohibition of Footway & Traffic For Gas Mains Replacement Works

(Edgbaston Park Road, Edgbaston – 17047814) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Footway & Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prevent any pedestrian and vehicle from proceeding along Edgbaston Park Road between its junction with Somerset Road and its junction with Church Road.
The temporary Order is required to enable Gas Mains Replacement Works.
An alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be signed on site.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 6th January 2025 and will remain in force for a period of 20 weeks or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
