What is happening?

(Various Streets, Cambridge) (Bus Lanes) Order 2024 and The City of Cambridge Area B (Consolidation) Order 1993 (Amendment No.C2) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 4th December 2024 Cambridgeshire County Council made Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effects of these are to regulate the use of the existing and new bus lanes on that length of Milton Road between Mitcham’s Corner and the Guided Busway; and to prohibit right turns by cyclists to prevent them turning across adjacent pedestrian crossings at the Milton Road/ King’s Hedges Road/Green End Road junction and to encourage use of the circulatory cycle lane. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the 4th December 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(A10 Cambridge Road and Church Road, Hauxton) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 202- and Cambridgeshire County Council (A10 Hauxton Road, Cambridge) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 202-
Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of these Orders will be to reduce the existing 50mph speed limit to 40mph on A10 Cambridge Road from M11 Motorway junction 11 south-westwards to the existing 40mph speed limit to the north of Hauxton; and to reduce the existing national speed limit to 40mph on the M11 junction 11/A10 Hauxton Road roundabout, including the Hauxton Road approach from the Cambridge direction.
