What is happening?
THE BOROUGH OF TELFORD & WREKIN COUNCIL
(MAPPED PARKING PROHIBITIONS,
RESTRICTIONS AND PROVISIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.18)
TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024
The Council gives notice that it proposes to make the following Traffic Order, the general effects of which are:
1) To introduce No Waiting and No Loading At Any Time restrictions on the following roads:
Beaumaris Road Broadway Brookside Avenue Deer Park Drive Granville Road
Longford Road Park End Shuker's Close Springfields Springfield Avenue
Station Court Station Road Stretton Avenue Town Wells Chetwynd End
Chetwynd Road Edgmond Road
2) To introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on the following roads
Audley Avenue Beaumaris Road Chetwynd End Chetwynd Road Church Road Forton Road High Meadows Playdale Silverdale Water Lane Wellington Road
3) To introduce No Waiting and No Loading 8am-6pm restrictions on the following roadsGranville Road Ashworth Way Barnmeadow Road
4) To introduce No Waiting and No Loading Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, 2.30-3.30pm restrictions on the following roads Forton Road Deer Park Drive Coppice Drive Brookside Avenue
5) To introduce No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, 3pm – 4.30pm restrictions on the following roads Wellington Road Brookside Avenue
6) To introduce No Stopping on Verge or Footway At Any Time restrictions on the following roadsAudley Avenue Chancery Court Brookside Avenue Springfield Avenue
7) To introduce No Stopping on School Entrance Markings Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on Beaumaris Road
8) To introduce No Stopping on School Entrance Markings At Any Time on Wellington Road
Documents detailing the particulars of the whole of the proposed Order may be
inspected by following the QR code, or via www.telford.gov.uk/TRO or during
normal opening hours at Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House, Lawn Central,
TF3 4JA, or at the following offices or locations:
*Edgmond Parish Council
* Lilleshall Parish Council
* Newport Town Council
Objections to the proposal should be submitted on the website via the QR code above, or in writing before Friday 10th January 2025 by email to traffic.schemes@telford.gov.uk or to: Telford & Wrekin Council, Neighbourhood and Enforcement Services, Darby House, Lawn Central Telford, TF3 4JA
