EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Connel Crescent , Mauchline) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024

On 10th December 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,to allow Scottish Water Works.

Temporary Road Closure – Connel Crescent , Mauchline - From No.17 - No.19

The Order commences on 13 January 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 13 January 2025 at 09:30 until 24 January 2025 at 16:30.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

An alternative route will be signed via Connel Crescent


EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(C127, Galston) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024

On 10 December 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Installation of an asset multiplate pipe arch to re-line the structure and associated works.

Temporary Road Closure – C127, Galston, 70m at Low Ashyard Bridge.

The Order commences on 06 January 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 January 2025 at 08:00 with the closure remaining in place until 19 April 2025 at 17:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

Measures will be in place for members of the public using The Sir Chris Hoy Cycle Way to to pass the works safely.

An alternative route will be signed via A71, Turn right on Galston Roundabout onto A719 and follow A719 to junction C127 and vice versa.


EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(U62, Kilmarnock) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024

On 10 December 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow works on behalf of Scottish Power.

Temporary Road Closure – U62, Kilmarnock - From junction C53 to junction A719.

The Order commences on 06 January 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 January 2025 at 08:00 until 07 February 2025 at 18:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.

An alternative route will be signed via A719 - C53 and vice versa.


EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Various Roads, Stewarton) (Temporary Road Closure & Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 10th December 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Stewarton Torch Light Procession.

Road Closure – David Dale Avenue to A735 Junction,. High Street from Old Mill View to where it meets Main Street Lainshaw Street from B769 Junction to where it meets Main Street. Main Street from where it meets Lainshaw Street to where it meets High Street

No Waiting At Any Time – David Dale Avenue - Both sides from Fleming Drive to A735 Lainshaw Street.

High Street - Both Sides from Old Mill View to Avenue Square Lainshaw Street - Both Sides From B769 Junction to Main Street. Main Street - Both Sides to where it meets High Street

The Order commences on 30 December 2024. From 30 December 2024 at 00:01 until 30 December 2024 at 23:01.

The existing restriction on Lainshaw St of “No waiting at any time” that exists within the length of road referred to at point above will be suspended for the duration of this Order.

The roads may be closed in phases as the procession continues along the road. Exempt from road closures and waiting restrictions – vehicles engaged in the traffic management and emergency service’s vehicles.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period. Emergency Services access will not be affected.

There will be Delays and Limited Services for Public Transport Services due to no suitable diversion routes Due to the nature of the Road Closure there will only be

One diversion : Cutstraw Road - Cutsburn Brae - Cutsburn Road - Robertland Rigg - Old Mill View and Vice Versa.


EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Braeside Street, Kilmarnock - Town Centre) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 10 December 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order in the interest of road safety.

No Waiting At Any Time - Braeside Street, Kilmarnock - Town Centre,

1. From the extended North kerbline of the junction of London Road running south then southwest for a distance of 63 metres on the east side of the carriageway. Terminating at the rear access gates to No.15 Elmbank Drive (CentreStage).

2. From the north extended kerbline of the junction of London Road running south for a distance of 33 metres on the west side of the carriageway. Terminating at the entry of car park.

3. From the west extended kerbline of the car park entry running west/northwest for a distance of 62 metres on the northeast side of the carriageway.

4. From the west extended kerbline of the rear access of No.15 Elmbank Drive (CentreStage) running northwest for a distance of 46 metres on the southwest side of the carriageway.

The Order commences on 18 December 2024 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. To minimise inconvenience, the works will be carried out in phases and are expected to commence from 18 December 2024 at 00:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 18 June 2026 at 23:59. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

(East Main Street, Darvel) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 10th December the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Water Works

No Waiting At Any Time - East Main Street, Darvel

For 90m from No.108 to Glenbrig junction on both sides of the road.

The Order commences on 14 January 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. 

The works are expected to commence from 14 January 2025 at 09:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 21 January 2025 at 18:00. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.


EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(U16,Mill Cottage,Crosshouse) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024 

On 10th December 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Scottish Water Works.

Temporary Road Closure – U16,Mill Cottage, Crosshouse - For 75m outside Mill Cottage.

The Order commences on 06 January 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 January 2025 at 09:00 until 17 January 2025 at 18:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.

An alternative route will be signed via U16> A759> B751> B7081 >U16 and vice versa.


SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Earls Way, Ayr - Doonfoot) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024 

On 5th December 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Scottish Water Works

Temporary Road Closure – Earls Way, Ayr - Doonfoot From No.30 to No.38.

The Order commences on 06 January 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 06 January 2025 at 08:00 with the closure remaining in place until 17 January 2025 at 23:59.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route.

An alternative route will be signed via Dunure Road (A719), Scaur O Doon Road, Abbots Way and vice versa.


SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Garden Street, Burn Street , Tarbolton) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2024

On 05 December 2024 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow contractors to allow Scottish Water Works.

No Waiting At Any Time - Garden Street, Burn Street

Garden Street - From No.13 to No.23 for approx 50m both sides of road.

Burn Street - From No.15 to junction with Garden Street for approx 25m both sides of road.

The Order commences on 13 January 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 13 January 2025 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 24 January 2025 at 23:59. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
