ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC

(SLEAFORD – WOODBRIDGE ROAD)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Woodbridge Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 6 January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 6 January 2025 and continue for approximately 6 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC

(BOSTON – VARIOUS STREETS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on various streets to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 6 January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 6 January 2025 and continue for approximately 54 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1)

(BOSTON – LINK FOOTWAY AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS)

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

Lincolnshire County Council proposes to make an Order closing Link Footway at various locations in the Parish of Boston, to all traffic.

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the link footway.

The Order will commence on 6 January 2025 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of link footway to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route will be signed.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC

(CRANWELL – B1429 COLLEGE ROAD)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on B1429 College Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 6 January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 6 January 2025 and continue for approximately 5 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

(SILK WILLOUGHBY – GORSE LANE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Gorse Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 6 January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 6 January 2025 and continue for approximately 25 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC

(HALL END/WRANGLE – VARIOUS STREETS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on various streets to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 18 December 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 18 December 2024 and continue for approximately 1 day.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

(HOLDINGHAM/SLEAFORD – PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 3/4)

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Holdingham/ Sleaford – Public Right of Way 3/4) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2024 which came into force on 10th July 2024, is being extended and continuing in force until 9th May 2025 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way.

The effect of the Order will be to close Public Right Of Way No. 3/4 to all users between A17 & a point 250m South.

The alternative route for users will signed on site.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC

(FRITHVILLE – STAUNT ROAD)

The above named temporary restriction previously advertised has now been deferred and will now commence on or about 6 January 2025 for a period of 8 days.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

A diversion route for traffic shall be signed.

The Order will come into operation on 6 January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 6 January 2025 and continue for approximately 1 day.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Town Dam Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 6 January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 6 January 2025 and continue for approximately 5 days.
