THE STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (TAMWORTH) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) ORDERNO 1 (AMENDMENT) NO. 47/2024
Staffordshire County Council on 10/12/24 made a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on Ventura Park Rd, Meadow Rd and Bonehill Rd in Tamworth. Documents may be examined during office hours at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping St, Stafford, ST16 2DH, and during opening hours at Tamworth Library, Corporation St, Tamworth or at: www.staffordshire. gov.uk/trafficregulationorders. Persons questioning the validity or provisions of the Order on the grounds that such powers are not conferred by the Act, or that any requirement or instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date the Order was made apply to the High Court. The Order will commence on 13/12/24.
