HYSBYSIR gyda hyn y bydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Merthyr Tudful (“y Cyngor”,) yn ymarfer ei bwerau o dan Adrannau 14(2) a 15(8)(b)(ii) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd,) a phob pwer galluogol arall y bydd llwybr cerdded 72 Bedlinog, yng nghymuned Bedlinog yn cael ei gau, dros dro i gerddwyr a hynny er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd.
Mae effaith y Gorchymyn fel y ganlyn : -
(1) Ni fydd yr un prson yn cael tramwyo ar hyd llwybr 72 Bedlinog sydd yn ymestyn o gyfeirnod grid ST09560147 ac yn parhau i gyfeiriad cyffredinol i’r gogledd-ddwyrain i gyfeirnod grid ST10100198.
Nid oes llwybr amgen ar gael.
Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 5 Rhagfyr 2024 a bydd yn parhau am uchafswm o chwech mis.

Footpath Bedlinog 72 Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (“the Council”), in exercise of its powers under Sections 14(2) and 15(8)(b)(ii) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, that footpath Bedlinog 72 within the community of Bedlinog be temporarily closed to pedestrians in the interest of public safety.
The effect of the Order is as follows :-
(1) no person shall proceed along the whole of the length of footpath Bedlinog 72 which extends from grid reference ST09560147 and proceeds in a general north-easterly direction to grid reference ST10100198.
No alternative route exists.
This Order came into operation on 5th December 2024 and will last for a maximum of six months.
