TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U2662 HENSLOW ROAD, IPSWICH

Suffolk County Council Intends to make an order closing the U2662 Henslow Road, Ipswich from Foxhall Road for 30 metres northbound to facilitate repairs to a water chamber, cover and frame. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Foxhall Road, Kemball Street, Freehold Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 16/12/2024 -18/12/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to TBF Traffic. Tel: (01449) 490865.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U3600 PARK ROAD, IPSWICH

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U3600 Park Road, Ipswich from Westeifeld Road to no. 31 to facilitate the replacement of a water supply. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Westerfield Road, Valley Road, Henley Road, Park Road and vice versa.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C660 DENHAM LANE, BARROW

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C660 Denham Lane, Barrow from 20 metres southwest of Green Farm Lane for 143 metres south westbound to facilitate tree trimming. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period; Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Barrow Hill, Bury Road, Ousden Road, Dunstall Green Road and vice versa.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U2335 PARK ROAD, ALDEBURGH

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U2335 Park Road, Aldeburgh from the junction with High Street for 40 metres north westbound to facilitate electrical works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Lee Road, Aide Lane, the A1094 and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U1212 Back Lane, Homersfield to facilitate pre surface dressing works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be St Cross Road, Homersfield, the B1062 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate from 16/12/2024 -18/12/2024 from 8am - 4pm with a further closure scheduled for associated works. It is intended that the closure will operate from 16/12/2024 -18/12/2024 from 8am - 4pm with a further closure scheduled for associated works. Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C614 The Street, Barton Mills from Old Mill Lane for 50 metres westbound to facilitate a new water connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Newmarket Road, the A11, the A1101. the B1102, Station Road, Mildenhall Road, The Street and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C324 Playford Mount, Great Bealings from the junction with Holly Lane for 250 metres westbound to facilitate tree felling works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Ipswich Road, Grundisburgh Road, Ipswich Road, Rose Hill, Woodbridge Road, the B1079 Woodbridge Road, the B1079 Grundisburgh Road and vice versa.

• the C731 Brick Kiln Hill, Polstead from Brick Kiln Hill, Boxford to the junction with the B1068.

This is to facilitate drainage improvement works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the B1068, the A134, the A1071, Stone Street and vice versa.

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the following roads:

• the C720 Mill Green, Edwardstone from Willow Corner to Tudor Cottage
• the C720 Willow Comer, Edwardstone from Mill Green to Sherbourne Street.

This is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be Temple Bar, School Green, Tye Went, Priory Green, Round Maple, Daisy Green, Park Corner, Mill Green and vice versa.

The diversion route will be the B1070, the A12, the A1214, the A1071, the B1070 and vice versa.

TEMPORARY 40MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ON PART OF THE B1113 NEEDHAM ROAD, STOWMARKET

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order for a temporary 40 mph speed restriction on the B1113 Needham Road, Stowmarket from Ernest Nunn Road for 500 metres north eastbound and from 620 metres northwest of Badley Walk for 275 metres north westbound to facilitate cable installation. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. It is intended that this measure will operate from 7pm on 17/12/2024 - 6am on 18/12/2024. The diversion routes will be 1. Montague Road, Cobbold Road, Cambridge Road, Brownfow Road and vice versa 2. Brownlow Road, Cambridge Road, Hamilton Gardens and vice versa.

The diversion route will be Constable Road, Cobbold Road, Bath Road and vice versa.
