Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2024 Gorchymyn (Diwygiad Rhif 94) 2024 

Rhoddir hysbysiad drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, ar 5 Rhagyr 2024, wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y’i diwygiwyd, Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio

(Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2013, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010 a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn a nodwyd uchod a fydd yn : 

i. Eich atal rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg yn Heol Maes y Coed ar ochr y gogledd o’r gyffordd ag Eton Court am 7 metr i’r de-ddwyrain a 3 metr i’r gogledd-orllewin.

ii. Eich atal rhag aros rhwng 08:00 a 09:30 a rhwng 14:30 a 16:30 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener yn Eton Court ar ochr y gorllewin o’r gyffordd â Heol Maes y Coed am 25 metr i’r gogledd ac ar ochr y dwyrain o'r gyffordd â Heol Maes y Coed am 51 metr i’r gogleddddwyrain.

iii. Eich atal rhag aros rhwng 08:00 a 16:30 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener yn Eton Court, ar ochr y gorllewin o bwynt 20 metr i'r gogledd o'r gyffordd â Heol Maes y Coed am 43.56 metr i'r gogledd-ddwyrain.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 12 Rhagfyr 2024 neu ar y dyddiad y caiff y llinellau a’r arwyddion angenrheidiol eu gosod ar y safle, pa un bynnag sydd hwyraf.

Mae copi o’r gorchymyn a’r cynlluniau’n dangos lleoliad a natur y cyfyngiadau ar gael, ond gallwch ond cael copi drwy anfon cais dros ebost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk neu drwy wneud cais ysgrifenedig i’r cyfeiriad isod.

Mae’r Cyngor yn croesawu gohebiaeth yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg a byddwn yn sicrhau ein bod yn cyfathrebu â chi yn yr iaith o’ch dewis, boed hynny’n Gymraeg, yn Saesneg neu’n ddwyieithog, cyhyd â’ch bod yn dweud wrthym pa un sydd orau gennych. Ni fydd gohebu yn Gymraeg yn arwain at unrhyw oedi.

Os ydych am gwestiynu darpariaethau neu ddilysrwydd y Gorchymyn ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed dan y Ddeddf, ynghlwm â’r Gorchymyn*, fe allwch, o fewn chwe wythnos i 5 Rhagfyr 2024 wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

New Traffic Order
For The City And County Of Cardiff

The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024 (Amendment No 94) Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that on the 5 December 2024 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, 

Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 as amended, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2013 and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010, made the above named Order, 

the general effect of which will : 

i. Prevent you from waiting at any time in Maes Y Coed Road on its north side from its junction with Eton Court for a distance of 7 metres southeast and 3 metres northwest.

ii. Prevent you from waiting between the hours of 08:00 – 09:30 and 14:30 – 16:30 Monday – Friday in Eton Court on its west side from its junction with Maes Y Coed Road for a distance of 25 metres in a north and on its east side from its junction with Maes Y Coed Road for a distance of 51 metres in a northeast.

iii. Prevent you from stopping between the hours of 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday in Eton Court on its west side from a point 20 metres north of its junction with Maes Y Coed Road for a distance of 43.56 metres northeast.

The Order will come into operation on the 12 December 2024 or on the date that the necessary lines and signs are placed on site, whichever is the later.

A copy of the order and plans showing the location and extent of the restrictions are available however you can only obtain copies by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. 

Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay.

If you wish to question the Orders provisions or validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the ground that any requirement of, or any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from the 5 December 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
