What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (HOE ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF CYCLING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:

1. To close the cycle lane on:
- Hoe Road - outside West Hoe Family Park
2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles:
- Hoe Road - outside West Hoe Family Park

The prohibition of cycling, parking, waiting, loading and unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 6th January 2025 shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months

It is anticipated that the supply upgrade works will commence on the 6th January 2025 until 13th January 2025 24hrs
