Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 15/22/00027 (Conversion & extensions to existing cowshed to create a self- build dwelling, formation of vehicular access, alterations to existing access & landscaping.) to amend the stone finish to render on the North, East & West elevations.

This site lies within a Conservation Area.

Application No. 01/24/00028: 15 Station Road, Ashcott, Bridgwater, TA7 9QP. 

Erection of porch to front & construction of boundary wall to front. 

This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
