CROESFAN ARFAETHEDIG I GERDDWYR AR HEOL DARRENFELIN, BRYN-MAWR

Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent, wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan adran 23 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Trafg Ffyrdd 1984 a phob pŵer galluogi arall, yn cynnig y canlynol:

a. Gosod croesfan twcan yn y lleoliad a ddisgrifr yn yr atodlen i’r hysbysiad hwn.

Rheswm dros y cynnig: Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent wedi nodi Heol Darrenfelin fel lleoliad addas ar gyfer cyfeuster croesfan twcan. 

Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent wedi llwyddo i gael cyllid i weithredu cyfeuster croesfan fel rhan o waith i ddatblygu llwybr teithio llesol i wella teithiau i gerddwyr a beicwyr a bod o fudd i’r gymuned ehangach.

Bydd y gwaharddiad arferol ar gerbydau yn berthnasol, gan eu hatal rhag stopio, aros, llwytho a dadlwytho ar y gerbytfordd o fewn y mannau sydd wedi’u nodi gan linellau igam-ogam o boptu’r groesfan.

Dylai unrhyw un sy’n dymuno gwrthwynebu’r gorchmynion arfaethedig anfon datganiad ysgrifenedig gydag unrhyw sylwadau yn ymwneud â’r cynigion at Mr C. Rogers, Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Cymunedol, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent, Swyddfeydd Cyfredinol, Heol Gwaith Dur, NP23 6DN. Dylai unrhyw sylwadau gael eu hanfon a’u cyrraedd o fewn 21 diwrnod i gyhoeddi’r hysbysiad a chael eu marcio’n glir: At sylw Mr C. Rogers”. SECTION 23 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1984

PROPOSED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING ON DARRENFELIN ROAD BRYNMAWR

NOTICE is hereby given that Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, in exercise of its powers under section Section 23 of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers proposes:

a. The installation of a Toucan Crossing a the location as described in the Scheduled to this Notice.

Reason for Proposal: Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council has identifed Darrenfelin Road as a suitable location for a toucan crossing facility. Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council have been successful in obtaining funding to implement a crossing facility as part of a developing Active Travel Route benefting pedestrian and cycle journeys and the wider community.

The usual prohibition of vehicles stopping, waiting, loading and unloading on the carriageway on the carriageway within the areas marked by Zig Zag lines on either side of the crossing will apply.

Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing with any comments on the engagement of the proposals to Mr C. Rogers, Head of Community Services, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, General Ofces, Steelworks Road, NP23 6DN. Any representations should be sent and arrive within 21 days of the notice being published and be clearly marked: FAO Mr C. Rogers - Alternatively, you can email: BSEnvAndRegen@blaenau-gwent. gov.uk

The County Borough Council will consider representations received in response to this Notice. 

They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
