NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle/pedestrian from proceeding in
that length of Thorpe Lane at Thorpe In Balne in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to install fibre cabling are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles/
pedestrians affected by the Order is via Thorpe Lane, Marsh
Road, Moss Lane, Wrancarr Lane, Bar Croft Lane, Haywood
Lane, Narrow Lane, Storrs Lane, Middle Lane, Joan Croft
Lane, Bell Croft Lane, Norton & Askern Ward and vice versa.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of
Almond Road at Cantley in the City of Doncaster District as
described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and
times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to repair a sluice valve are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is Birch Road, Maple Avenue,
Almond Road.

(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle/pedestrian from proceeding in
that length of High Levels Bank at Thorne in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule.

workforce whilst carriageway works are undertaken.

In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather
conditions, the closure may extend beyond this date although
all closures to be completed by the 31st December 2024.

have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of
Balby Carr Bank at Balby in the City of Doncaster District and
suspend the weight restriction as described in the Schedule
to this notice on the dates and times referred to in the said
Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works for carriageway resurfacing and road
marking works are undertaken

7th December 2024 between 07:00hrs and 19:00hrs. The
road will reopen each evening.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather
conditions, the closure may extend beyond this date although
all closures to be completed by the 31st December 2024 on
weekends only.

intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of
Armthorpe Lane at Barnby Dun in the City of Doncaster
District as described in the Schedule to this notice on the
dates and times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to construct a new electrical
connection are undertaken.
