What is happening?
HOWARD AVENUE, ROCHESTER
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable carriageway resurfacing and other associated highway works to be carried out -
Howard Avenue, Rochester - to be closed to all vehicular traffic at the junction with City Way. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Onslow Road.
This Order will come into force on Friday, 13 December 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Friday, 13 December 2024 and are programmed for completion within one night (between 8pm and 6am). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

BEECHINGS WAY, GILLINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable carriageway resurfacing and other associated highway works to be carried out -
Beechings Way, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic across the frontages of 18 to 55 Beechings Way. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be provided and signed via Eastcourt Lane.
This Order will come into force on Friday, 6 December 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Friday, 6 December 2024 and are programmed for completion within one night (between 8pm and 6am). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

BEECHWOOD AVENUE, GILLINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable maintenance to be carried out on telecommunications equipment -
Beechwood Avenue, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the junction with Watling Street and a point 30 metres south thereof. Pedestrian traffic willnot be affected. An alternative route will be provided and signed via Darland Avenue.
This Order will come into force on Tuesday, 14 January 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Tuesday, 14 January 2025 and are programmed for completion within three days (with works taking place between 9.30am and 3.30pm). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

MATTS HILL ROAD, RAINHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable a bridge safety examination to be carried out -
Matts Hill Road, Rainham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the junction with Mierscourt Road and the junction with Matts Hill Lane. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Mierscourt Road, Tyler Drive, Deanwood Drive, Maidstone Road and Kemsley Street.
This Order will come into force on Tuesday, 7 January 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Tuesday, 7 January 2025 and are programmed for completion within five days (with works taking place between 8pm and 5am). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

KNIGHT AVENUE, GILLINGHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable water supply repairs to be carried out -
Knight Avenue, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic across the junction with Pier Road. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Corporation Road and Pier Avenue.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 9 December 2024 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 9 December 2024 and are programmed for completion within three days. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

MALVERN ROAD, CHATHAM (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable maintenance to be carried out on telecommunications equipment -
Malvern Road, Chatham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the junction with Watling Street and a point 20 metres north thereof. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected.
