Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus 61/7 (Yn Rhannol) Lôn Morfa, Caerfyrddin) (Gwaharddiad Dros Dro Ar Gerddwyr) 2024

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar y 24ain o Ebrill Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Pedwar, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a oedd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed 61/7 (Yn Rhannol) - o bwynt ym mhen dwyreiniol llwybr troed 61/7, gyferbyn â’r grisiau sy’n arwain o Faes Parcio Tesco, gan fynd ymlaen i gyfeiriad y gorllewin am 122m.

Mae angen cau’r llwybr troed oherwydd fod y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd a achosir gan wal beryglus yn parhau.

Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar y 29ain o Ebrill Dwy Fil a Dau Ddeg Pedwar ac roedd i fod i ddod i ben ar ôl cyfnod o chwe mis, ond mae’r tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd yn parhau ar Lwybr Troed 61/7 (Yn Rhannol) , felly mae Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet i Ogledd Cymru a Thrafnidiaeth, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wedi cydsynio yn unol ag Adran 15(5) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991) i ymestyn y cyfnod cau am gyfnod pellach. Bydd parhad y Gorchymyn, yn ôl y cyfarwyddyd, yn golygu y bydd y Gorchymyn Cau Dros Dro yn parhau mewn grym tan ac yn cynnwys y 31ain o Ionawr 2025 neu nes bydd pellach dim perygl i’r cyhoedd.

Y Ffordd Arall:
o bwynt ym mhen dwyreiniol y llwybr troed sydd ar gau, gyferbyn â’r grisiau sy’n arwain o Faes Parcio Tesco, parhau i gyfeiriad y dwyrain, yna troi i’r chwith a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd ar hyd Lôn Morfa am bellter o oddeutu 185m gan basio Clwb Rygbi Cwins Caerfyrddin i’r gylchfan. Troi i’r chwith a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gorllewin ar hyd Heol Picton am bellter o oddeutu 235m hyd at y gyffordd â Swyddfeydd Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru. Troi i’r chwith a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de am oddeutu 205m er mwyn dychwelyd i fan sydd i’r gorllewin o’r man lle mae’r llwybr troed ar gau.

Rhwng 08:00 a.m. a 18:00 p.m. (amseroedd yn fras) - o bwynt ym mhen dwyreiniol y llwybr troed sydd ar gau gyferbyn â’r grisiau sy’n arwain o Faes Parcio Tesco, parhau i gyfeiriad y dwyrain am 60m i’r grisiau i fynd i mewn i Barc Caerfyrddin. Parhau i’r gorllewin ar hyd y llwybr o amgylch Parc Caerfyrddin, gan fynd drwy’r gatiau i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r Felodrom, troi i’r chwith a pharhau i gyfeiriad y de i’r ochr orllewinol o’r man lle mae’r llwybr troed ar gau.
