Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 –

Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the roads detailed in the schedule below

The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above roads. The alternative routes for vehicles affected by this order are detailed in the schedule. The proposed order will come into force on the 09/12/2024 and will continue until the patching works have been completed or until the 08/12/2025, whichever is the earlier. The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order – 

Victoria Street Footway, Millfield, Peterborough – 2024 Ref: 25-195

Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any pedestrian or cyclist from proceeding along the footpath/cycle path known as Victoria Street Footway, Millfield, as lies between Alma Road and St Martins Street. The Council is satisfied that pedestrians and cyclists should be prohibited due to works being proposed to be executed on the above footpath/cycle path. The alternative route for pedestrians and cyclists affected by this order is via: Alma Road, Lincoln Road, St Martins Street and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into operation on the 10/12/2024 and will continue until the new telecoms cabinet installation works have been completed or until the 09/06/2025, whichever is the earlier. The City of Peterborough, Fulbridge Road – Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984  as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 

(Temporary Restriction of Through Traffic) Notice 2024  Ref: 25-208

Council of the City of Peterborough gives notice pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Fulbridge Road,as lies between A47 and Marlowe Grove. There are no properties affected by this Notice. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is: Topmoor Way, Paston Ridings, Hallfields Lane, Fulbridge Road and vice versa. This notice is made in the interest of lining works and will remain effective for no more than 5 days from 09/12/2024. The Notice shall not apply to any persons lawfully engaged in connection with any works for which it is made, any member of the Police Force, Fire and Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or any person acting with permission or upon the direction of a police Officer in uniform.
