St John Street, Ashbourne - Temporary Road Closure For New Gas Connection
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ST JOHN STREET, ASHBOURNE
WHEN: 16 December to 19 December 2024 (Night Closure between 19:00 to 06:00 each night).
WHERE: St John Street, Ashbourne between flat 1A and Jct. with Dig Street.
REASON: To facilitate new gas connection.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Station Road, A515 Station Street, A515 Sturston Road, Park Road, Cokayne Avenue, B5035 The Green Road and B5035 King Street.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
