What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, YARDLEY WEST & STECHFORD)
(TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

1. To introduce No Waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of FREDERICK ROAD, MORDEN ROAD, FRANCIS ROAD, BOWATER AVENUE, KEW GARDENS, ROCKINGHAM ROAD & STONEY LANE

The Orders will come into operation on 6th December 2024.

A copy of the Order together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons will be made available on request. (Contact Imran Khan Tel: 07783 884328: email: imran.z.khan@birmingham.gov.uk).

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 5th December 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
