LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 AS AMENDED
BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980
DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE OF LAND AND BUILDINGS SOUTH PARK, PARK GROVE, MACCLESFIELD SK11 8AS

Cheshire East Borough Council proposes, in accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by Section 118 of the Local Planning and Land Act 1980) to dispose of open land situate at land adjacent to Land and Buildings South Park, Park Grove, Macclesfield SK11 8AS by way of a Long Lease.

Any representation or objection with respect to the proposal should be sent in writing to the Head of Legal Services, Cheshire East Borough Council, c/o Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2JZ quoting reference GB 040136 no later than 5pm on 12 December 2024.

Please state the grounds on which it is made.
