RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd Fynedfa Mount Pleasant Terrace, Carmel o bwynt ger ei gyffordd gyda’r Ffordd o’r gyffordd ger Tai Pisgah i Ben Bwlch Bach gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol hyd at bwynt ger yr eiddo a adwaenir fel Bodlondeb, Mount Pleasant Terrace, Carmel.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith cloddio ar ran Scottish Power.

Gwyriad 1: Teithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol ar y Ffordd o’r gyffordd ger Tai Pisgah i Ben Bwlch Bach hyd at ei gyffordd ger Tai Carmel. Troi i’r dde i deithio ar y ffordd hon mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.

Gwyriad 2: Teithio mewn cyfeiriad deheuol ar y Ffordd tu cefn i Mount Pleasant Terrace hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 6ed o Ionawr 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 15 diwrnod.

(Entrance Road To Mount Pleasant Terrace, Carmel) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Entrance Road to Mount Pleasant Terrace, Carmel from a point by its junction with the Road from the junction by Tai Pisgah to Pen Bwlch Bach travelling south westerly up to a point by the property known as Bodlondeb, Mount Pleasant Terrace, Carmel.

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during excavation works on behalf of Scottish Power.

1st Diversion: Travel in a north westerly direction on the Road from the junction by Tai Pisgah to Pen Bwlch Bach up to the junction by Tai Carmel. Turn left to travel south westerly up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.

2nd Diversion: Travel in a southerly direction on the Road to the rear of Mount Pleasant Terrace up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.

The Order comes into effect on the 6th of January, 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 15 days.
