Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U12382 Marlpool Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U12382 Marlpool Lane from its junction with A4535 Mason Road Roundabout to its junction with U12312 Goodwin Close.
Reason: Replace tactile paving by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A4535 Mason Road Roundabout, A442 Franche Road, U12306 Marlpool Place, U12382 Marlpool Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 2 December 2024.
(C2030 Inn Lane, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2030 Inn Lane from its junction with C2030 Old Worcester Road to its junction with Rectory Gardens (NSG Ref 45401112).
Reason: Boundary box renewal by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2030 Inn Lane (part), C2030 Old Worcester Road, A449 Worcester Road, B4193 Rectory Lane, C2030 Inn Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 2 December 2024.
(U11111 Barnfield Road, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U11111 Barnfield Road from its junction with U11112 Barnfield Road to its junction with U11100 Redstone Lane.
Reason: New water connection by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U11111 Barnfield Road (part), U11100 Redstone Lane, U11114 Hanstone Road, U11111 Barnfield Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 2 December 2024.
(C2019 Wolverley Village, Wolverley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2019 Wolverley Village from its junction with B4189 Wolverley Road to its junction with U13229 Church Bank.
Reason: Repairs to depression on carriageway surface by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2019 Wolverley Village (part), C2019 Blakeshall Lane, C2019 Gipsy Lane, C2128 Kinver Road, C2013 Bridge Road, C2283 Castle Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road, B4189 Wolverley Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 2 December 2024.

(Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area)
(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2024
[Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Leswell Lane, Kidderminster]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:
- Leswell Lane – Southeast side: From a point of 142 metres southwest of its junction with Leswell Grove for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south westerly direction.
- Leswell Lane – Northwest side: From a point of 74 metres southwest from the centre of the junction with Leswell Grove for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

(Various Roads, Bewdley Town Centre) (20 Mph Zone) Order 2024
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose a 20 MPH Zone on the following lengths of road in Bewdley to 20 miles per hour:
- B4190 Winbrook and Welch Gate from its junction with Load Street to a point 81 metres north west of its junction with Sandy Bank.
- U10202 Welch Gate to a point 33 metres south of its junction with Venus Bank.
- B4190 Dowles Road from its junction with the northernmost junction with Dog Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.
- Dog Lane for its entire length.
- B4190 Load Street for its entire length.
- Severn Side North for its entire length.
- Severn Side South for its entire length.
- Sandy Bank from its junction with Welch Gate for a distance of 7.5 metres in a westerly direction.
- Park Lane from its junction with Load Street for a distance of 16.5 metres in a south westerly direction.
- Lax Lane for its entire length.
- B4190 Beales Corner from its junction with Load Street to a point 35 metres northwest of its junction with B4195 Stourport Road.
- B4194 High Street, Lower Park and Red Hill from its junction with Load Street to a point 141 metres south of its junction with Lax Lane.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
