NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 and the Local Authorities (Arrangement for Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000, proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The general effect of the Orders will be to update provisions in the Hertsmere Borough Council (Control of Parking) (Consolidation) Order 2012, the Hertsmere Borough Council (Cross Road, Bushey) (Residents Parking Places) Order 2020, the Hertsmere Borough Council (Grosvenor Road, Borehamwood) (Permit Holders Parking Places) Order 2019, the Hertsmere Borough Council (Kemp Place and Montague Hall Place, Bushey) (Residents Parking Places) Order 2020 and the Hertsmere Borough (Hatfield Road Area) (Residents Parking and Shared Use Parking Places) Order 2019 and the Hertsmere Borough Council (Oakmere Avenue, Potters Bar) (Residents Parking Places) Order 2022 so that authorised residents’ permits, visitors permits, business permits, commuter permits, school permits, staff permits and dispensations would also be available as virtual parking permits.
