The County of Cornwall (Came Hill, St Dennis) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Dennis. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Came Hill, St Dennis from junction with Road From Came Hill To Came Farm to No 2 Came Cottages.

The County of Cornwall (St Johns Road, Crantock Street, Newquay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd January 2025 to 31st March 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - St Johns Road from junction of Crantock Street to junction of Mount Wise, Crantock Street, Newquay from junction ofJubilee Street to junction of Manor Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for vegetation removal works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th January 2025 to 12th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0800, weekends only.
Road affected - Eliot Road, St Austell from the junction with Victoria Road to junction with Ranelagh Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Dennis. This prohibition is necessary for fire hydrant repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2024 to 20th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Enniscaven Road, St Dennis from the War Memorial to outside Moorview.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Gover Lane, Newquay from junction of Bank Street to junction of Beachfield Avenue.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Newquay) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 Beach Road (Class Ill) from junction of Central Square to junction with Gover Lane.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because gas mains replacement works are being executed on or near the road. The Order will come into operation on 2nd January 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 28th March 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for overhead works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2024 to 19th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for blockage clearing and cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th December 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 2nd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gorran Haven.
This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th December 2024 to 23rd December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Trewollock Lane, Gorran Haven from outside property known as Tregillan to outside property known as Morgelyn.
