Redbridge - Amendments to Parking, Waiting, and Loading Restrictions

THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above-named Order. The general effect of the Order would be as follows:
(1) Beehive Lane IG4, the north-east side, reduce 1 paid parking place outside No. 8 Beehive Lane and extend the no waiting and no loading at any time restrictions in this location;
(2) Brockenhurst Gardens IG1, both sides, introduce 10 metre double yellow lines outside and opposite the flank wall of No. 25 Vine Gardens;
(3) Calne Avenue IG5, introduce double yellow lines at the junctions with Ravensbourne Gardens and Caernarvon Drive;
(4) Cambridge Road IG3, the north-west side, outside Nos. 37 Cambridge Road reduce permit holder parking place and extend double yellow lines;
(5) Canterbury Avenue IG1, both sides, introduce 10 metre double yellow lines on both sides of the junctions of Truro Gardens and Chelmsford Gardens;
(6) Chelmsford Gardens IG1, both sides, introduce 10 metre double yellow lines from the eastern kerb-line of Canterbury Avenue;
(7) Christchurch Road IG1, the north-east side, outside No. 4 Christchurch Road, remove the unrestricted parking place and extend the single yellow line restriction at this location;
(8) Cranbrook Rise, IG1, the north-east side, outside no. 38 Cranbrook Rise, remove 4 metres of unrestricted parking place and extend the single yellow line restriction at this location;
(9) Debden Close IG8, introduce double yellow lines at the junction with Finchingfield Avenue;
(10) Eton Road IG1, both sides, introduce double yellow lines outside and opposite Nos. 23 to 29 Eton Road;
(11) Fairmead Gardens IG8, the north-west side, introduce single yellow line (no waiting Mon to Fri, 1 to 2pm) outside No. 11a Fairmead Gardens;
(12) Finchingfield Avenue IG8, introduce double yellow lines at the junction with Langford Road;
(13) Friars Gate Close IG8, both sides, extend double yellow lines outside and opposite No. 12 Friars Gate Close;
(14) Fullwell Avenue IG5, the north-east side, extend the double yellow lines outside Nos. 274 and 276 Fullwell Avenue;
(15) Green Lane IG3, the north-west side - introduce double yellow lines outside Nos 271a and 271b Green Lane; the south-east side - extend double yellow lines outside Nos 342 and 350 Green Lane;
(16) Gresham Drive RM6, introduce double yellow lines at all priority give way traffic calming features;
(17) Hatley Avenue IG6, introduce double yellow lines at its junction with North Cross Road;
(18) Henley Road IG1, the north side, extend double yellow lines outside Nos. 367 and 369 Henley Road;
(19) Hickman Road RM6, the south side, introduce double yellow lines from outside No. 54 Hickman Road eastward for the entire length of the road;
(20) Langford Road IG8, introduce double yellow lines at its junctions with Finchingfield Avenue and Willingale Close;
(21) Longbridge Road IG11, the north-west side, introduce 10 metre double yellow lines either side of the junction of Sandhurst Drive;
(22) Mayesford Road RM6, the north-east side, introduce double yellow lines outside Nos. 27 to 33 Mayesford Road;
(23) Mayville Road RM6, the south-east side, opposite No. 1 Mayville Road, remove the paid parking place and extend the no waiting and no loading restrictions in this location;
(24) New North Road IG6, extend double yellow lines outside 672a and 674 New North Road;
(25) North Cross Road IG6, both sides, introduce double yellow lines from the south-west kerb-line of Hatley Avenue south-westward for 10 metres;
(26) Oaks Lane IG2, the west side - Remove single yellow line opposite Nos.94 and 96 Oaks Lane; introduce small sections of double yellow lines opposite (a) No. 94 Oaks Lane, (b) Leyswood Drive, and (c) 108 Oaks Lane; introduce cashless footway/verge paid 3 hour, no return in 1 hour parking places operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6.30pm opposite Nos 94 to 112 Oaks Lane;
(27) Perth Road IG2, both sides, extend double yellow lines outside and opposite No. 156 Perth Road;
(28) Ravensbourne Gardens IG5; introduce double yellow lines at junction with Calne Avenue;
(29) Sandhurst Drive IG11, both sides, introduce 10 metre double yellow lines north-west of the north-west kerb-line of Longbridge Road;
(30) South Park Drive IG3, the west side - extend the existing loading bay outside the flank wall of No. 1 South Park Crescent northward by 10.5 metres, and extend the no waiting and no loading at any time restrictions southward by 5.5 metres outside No. 2a South Park Drive;
(31) Truro Gardens IG1, both sides, introduce 10 metre double yellow lines from the western kerb-line of Canterbury Avenue;
(32) Tylehurst Gardens IG1, both sides, introduce double yellow lines outside and opposite No. 1 Tylehurst Gardens;
(33) Vine Gardens IG1, both sides, introduce double yellow lines outside and opposite Nos. 20 to 28 Vine Gardens
(34) Walden Way IG6, the north-west side, outside No. 47 Walden Way, remove the footway parking place and extend the single yellow line restriction in this location;
(35) Waverley Gardens IG6, the north side, remove footway parking outside Nos. 1 and 3 Waverley Gardens and extend the single yellow line at this location;
(36) Willingale Close IG8, introduce double yellow lines at its junction with Langford road;
(37) To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.
A copy of the Order may be examined along with map-based plans at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, llford, IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Team, 2nd Floor (front), Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, llford, IG1 1NY, within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
