What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE

The Redbridge (Off-Street Parking Places) (Amendment No.x) Order 20xx

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge propose to make an Order under sections 32, 35 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to remove from all Council run car parks the exemption from the payment of any charge for electrically propelled vehicles. A copy of the Order may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, llford, IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Team, 2nd Floor (front), Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, llford, IG1 1NY, within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
