HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

1. Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 16eg Rhagfyr 2024 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 16eg Rhagfyr 2024 a’r 20fed Rhagfyr 2024, gan weithredu rhwng 09:30 a 15:30. Bydd y gwaith yn cael ei wneud mewn 2 ran – mae’r manylion i’w gweld isod.
2. Roedd angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwneud gwaith BT Ffeibr mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Cedwir mynediad rhesymol ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.
3. Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd:
1. Disgwylir cwblhau Rhan 1 rhwng 16eg Rhagfyr 2024 a’r 17eg Rhagfyr 2024 gan weithio rhwng 09:30 a 15:30 bob dydd. Gall y dyddiadau newid yn dibynnu ar y tywydd a’r cynnydd a wneir o ran y gwaith.
1. Cau dros dro ran o Heol Treherbert, Llandegfedd, Sir Fynwy, o’r gyffordd â Heol Nantsor am ~0.60km i gyfeiriad gogledd-orllewinol.
2. II.Cau dros dro ran o Heol yr Eglwys, Llandegfedd, Sir Fynwy, o’r gyffordd â Heol Treherbert am ~70m i gyfeiriad gogledd-ddwyreiniol.
2. Disgwylir cwblhau Rhan 1 rhwng 18fed Rhagfyr 2024 a’r 20fed Rhagfyr 2024 gan weithio rhwng 09:30 a 15:30 bob dydd. Gall y dyddiadau newid yn dibynnu ar y tywydd a’r cynnydd a wneir o ran y gwaith.
1. Cau dros dro ran o Heol Treherbert, Llandegfedd, Sir Fynwy, o’r gyffordd â Heol yr Eglwys am ~0.85km i gyfeiriad gogledd-orllewinol
4. Roedd llwybr fel a ganlyn: Heol Treherbert, A4042, B4236, Heol Brynbuga, R106 Pont Sor i Fferm Clomendy Wood ac i’r gwrthwyneb.
5. Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol Treherbert a Heol yr Eglwys, Llandegfedd, Sir Fynwy, 2024.
6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984:

1. The Order shall come into operation on the 16th of December 2024 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 16th December 2024 and 20th December 2024, operating between 09:30 – 15:30. The works will be carried out in 2 phases, each phase is detailed below.
2. The order is necessary for BT Fibre works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.
3. The effect of the order will be:
1. Phase 1 anticipated to completed between the 16th of December 2024 and 17th of December 2024 operating between 09:30 – 15:30 each day. Please note that dates may be subject to change dependant on weather conditions and the progress of the works.
1. To temporarily close a section of Tre-Herbert Road, Llandegveth, Monmouthshire, from its junction with Nantsor Road for ~0.60km in a north-westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close a section of Church Road, Llandegveth, Monmouthshire, from its junction with Tre-Herbert Road for ~70m in a north-easterly direction.
2. Phase 2 anticipated to be completed between the 18th of December 2024 and 20th December 2024, operating between 09:30 – 15:30 each day. Please note that dates may be subject to change dependant on weather conditions and the progress of the works.
1. To temporarily close a section of Tre-Herbert Road, Llandegveth, Monmouthshire, from its junction with Church Road for ~0.85km in a north-westerly direction
4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows- Tre- Herbert Road, A4042, B4236, Usk Road, R106 Sor Bridge to Clomendy Wood Farm and vice versa.
5. This order may be cited as the Tre-Herbert Road and Church Road, Llandegveth, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024.
6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
