Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Weystone Road (D3093) Addlestone which extends from its junction with Admiral Stirling Court Access Road (X3093) to its junction with Addlestone Road (C229).

Alternative Route – Clockwise: Weystone Road (D3093), Weybridge Road (A317), Balfour Road (A317), Church Street (B374), Bridge Road (C229), Addlestone Road (C229) and Weystone Road (D3093). Anti-clockwise: Weystone Road (D3093), Addlestone Road (C229), Bridge Road (C229), Old Wharf Way (D3877), Weybridge Road (A317) and Weystone Road (D3093).

This Order is required to allow Surrey County Council to carry out bridge works, which is anticipated to be completed within 2 weeks, during the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 04 December 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road in specified above, or accessible only therefrom may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road or for preventing such danger from arising and/or preventing damage to the road. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. All vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route including emergency vehicles and residents.


Trumps Green Road (C10) Virginia Water Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Trumps Green Road (C10) Virginia Water which extends from its junction with Chobham Lane (C10) to its junction with Corrie Gardens (D3178).

Alternative Route – Trumps Green Road (C10), Wellington Avenue (D3198), Christchurch Road (B389), Sandhills Lane (B389), Green Road (B389), Lyne Lane (C126), Lyne Crossing Road (C127), Hardwick Lane (C127), Holloway Hill (B386), Longcross Road (B386) and Kitsmead Lane (D3017) or the same route in reverse.

This Order is required to allow BT Openreach to carry out telecom works, which is anticipated to be completed within 1 day, between 9:30am and 3:30pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 08 December 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.


Claremont Avenue (A247) Woking Temporary Suspension of One-Way Traffic Order 2024 

On 28 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1), 14(5) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to suspend “The Borough of Woking (Claremont Avenue) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1978” to allow the road to be used as a diversion route. This Order is required to carry out major maintenance to be carried out by, or on behalf of, Surrey County Council on Wych Hill Lane. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 12 nights starting on 30 November 2024, between the hours of 8:00pm and 6:00am, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 30 November 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary suspension will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.


Service Road for Properties 7 To 69 Egley Road (D3688) Woking Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024 

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Service Road for Properties 7 To 69 Egley Road (D3688) Woking as extends from its junction with (D3693) Acacia Avenue to its junction with Public Rights of Way Route No. 52, Woking (also known as (T4032) Townpath from Egley Road to Hawthorn Road). Alternative Route – Acacia Avenue; Hawthorn Road; Lilac Avenue; and Service Road For Properties 7 To 69 Egley Road. 

The Order is required to allow telegraph pole installation and/or telegraph pole replacement works and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of BT Openreach within the length of road described in this notice. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible over two days between the hours of 9am and 5pm within the 12-month period of operation of the Temporary Order that commences on 09 December 2024. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, the emergency services, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other through traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.


The Street (C43) Effingham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of The Street (C43) Effingham as extends from its junction with (D266) Crossway to its junction with (D266) Chapel Hill. Alternative Route – The Street; Lower Road; The Lorne; Hawkwood Rise; A246 Guildford Road; and The Street. 

The Order is required to allow telegraph pole installation and/or telegraph pole replacement works and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of BT Openreach within the length of road described in this notice. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible over two days between the hours of 9am and 5pm within the 12-month period of operation of the Temporary Order that commences on 09 December 2024. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, the emergency services, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other through traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.


Portsmouth Road (A307) Esher
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Portsmouth Road (A307) Esher that is crossed under the railway bridge known as “Portsmouth Road” (BML2/53) and for a distance of 100 metres either side. Alternative Route : 

(a) (A309) Hampton Court Way, (A309) Hampton Court Bridge, (A308) Hampton Court Road, (A308) Kingston Bridge, (A308) Horse Fair, (A308) Wood Street, (A308) Kingsgate Road, (A308) Sopwith Way, (A307) Richmond Road, (A308) Cromwell Road, (A307) Queen Elizabeth Road, (A308) Fairfield North, (A307) Wheatfield Way, (A307) Kingston Hall Road, (A307) High Street, and (A307) Portsmouth Road; (b) (A307) Portsmouth Road, (A307) High Street, (A307) Kingston Hall Road, (A307) Wheatfield Way, (A307) Clarence Street, (A307) Wood Street, (A308) Horse Fair, (A308) Kingston Bridge, (A308) Hampton Court Road, and (A309) Hampton Court Way. 

This Order is required to facilitate replacement of missing/damaged chevrons as well as replacement of defective bridge information plates for, or on behalf of Network Rail. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 night, between the hours of 11pm and 6am, during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 09 December 2024. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

All other traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route

Foreman Road (C18), Ash Church Road (A323), and Guildford Road (A323) Ash
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 15(8)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Foreman Road (C18) Ash as extends from its junction with (D4034) Foreman Park to its junction with (A323) Guildford Road and (A323) Ash Church Road; (b) Ash Church Road (A323) Ash as extends from a point in line with the common boundary between No.2 and No.4 Ash Church Road to its junction with (A323) Guildford Road and (C18) Foreman Road; (c) Guildford Road (A323) Ash as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “White Rose” to its junction with (C18) Foreman Road and (A323) Ash Church Road. Alternative Route: (A323) Ash Church Road; Grange Road; and Foreman Road, or this route in reverse; Alternative Route For HGV: (A323) Guildford Road, (A323) Aldershot Road, (A322) Aldershot Road, (A25) Dennis Roundabout, (A3) Guildford- Godalming By-pass, (A31) Hogs Back, (A31) Runfold Diversion, (A331) Blackwater Valley Road, (A323) Aldershot Road, (A323) Ash Street, and (A323) Ash Church Road, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to allow Section 278 development and construction works and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 14 weeks, between the hours of 8am and 6pm within the 6-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 04 December 2024 and continues in force the provisions introduced by “The Surrey County Council A323 Guildford Road, A323 Ash Church Road, and C18 Foreman Road, Ash Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Notice 2024” issued under Section 14(2) of the Act on 14 November 2024. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures, which are anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure areas, and all vehicular traffic including the emergency services, will be required to follow the diversion routes. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times, via the marshalls on site. No Sole Access will be affected.


Hoe Lane (D230) Abinger Hammer
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2024

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Hoe Lane (D230) Abinger Hammer as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “Mayfield” to its junction with the access to the property known as “Oakwood”. Alternative Route: Hoe Lane, (B2126) Horsham Road, (B2126) Miles Hill, (B2126) Holmbury Lane, (B2127) Ockley Road, Shere Road, Pitch Hill, Lawbrook Lane, Walking Bottom, Peaslake Road, Pursers Lane, and Hoe Lane, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate new electrical connection works for, or on behalf of UKPN. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 09 December 2024. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.


Town Tree Road (B378), Convent Road (B378), and Service Road Fronting 2 to 14 Convent Road (D3262) Ashford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Management Order 2024

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily; (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of the eastbound carriageway of Town Tree Road (B378) Ashford as extends from its junction with (B377) Feltham Road to its junction with (B378) Convent Road; (b) that length of the northbound carriageway of Convent Road (B378) Ashford as extends from the eastbound carriageway of (B378) Town Tree Road to its junction at the roundabout with (B377) Feltham Road; (c) the entire length of the Service Road Fronting 2 to 14 Convent Road (D3262) Ashford; (d) prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading and unloading at any time on the eastbound carriageway of Town Tree Road (B378) Ashford as extends from its junction with the Service Road Fronting 2 to 14 Town Tree Road to its junction with (B378) Convent Road. 

Alternative Route: (1) (B377) Feltham Road, and (B378) Town Tree Road; (2) (B378) Convent Road, (B377) Feltham Road, and (B378) Town Tree Road. This Order is required to facilitate telecom maintenance/ repair works for, or on behalf of Chevron TM. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 night, between the hours of 7pm and 5am, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 11 December 2024. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. For sub-paragraph (a) (b) and (c) above: Access for emergency service vehicles, will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists It will not be possible to maintain access through the closure for residents and businesses and all vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. 

The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising. For sub-paragraphs (d) above: Exemptions apply for vehicles when waiting because they are required by law to stop, are obliged to stop in order to prevent an accident or are prevented from proceeding because of circumstances outside the drivers control and in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or of a civil enforcement officer will apply when the temporary restrictions are in force. (N.B. Disabled persons displaying a disabled blue badge will not be exempt from the temporary waiting restriction).

B377 Ashford Road and B377 The Broadway, Laleham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads as specified and described in the Schedule to this Notice. This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate carriageway surfacing and/or major maintenance works which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 1 December 2024. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. 

Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route. 

Alternative Route 1 – B377 Kingston Road, A308 Staines Road West, A244 Windmill Road, A244 Upper Halliford Road, A244 Upper Halliford By-Pass, A244 Gaston Bridge Road, B3366 Green Lane, B376 Laleham Road, B376 Shepperton Road and B376 The Broadway or vice versa. 

Alternative Route 2 – C248 Kingston Road, C240 Woodthorpe Road, A308 Staines By-Pass and B377 Kingston Road or vice versa.

Schedule

1. the entire length of B377 Ashford Road, Laleham;

2. that length of B377 The Broadway, Laleham which extends from the north-eastern property boundary of “Red Cottage” to the south-western property boundary of “Red Cottage”.


D194 Alderbrook Road, Cranleigh
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

On 27 November 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D194 Alderbrook Road, Cranleigh. This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate carriageway patching and/or major maintenance works which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 4 December 2024. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. B365 Seven Hills Road, Cobham
Temporary Banned Turn Order 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles that are proceeding in a southerly direction on B365 Seven Hill Road, Cobham from turning right into A245 Byfleet Road, Cobham. This Traffic Order is required by Chevron Traffic Management Limited to enable carriageway construction and/or improvement and/or maintenance works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out within 17 months of the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 01 January 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary banned turn will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. All vehicular traffic will be diverted via A245 Byfleet Road eastbound to the “Painshill Roundabout” (A245 Portsmouth Road) to return on A245 Byfleet Road westbound.


D6815 Claygate Lane, Thames Ditton
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: a) Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D6815 Claygate Lane, Thames Ditton that extends from its junction with A307 Portsmouth Road, to its junction with D6814 Manor Road North. b) Suspend “The Urban District of Esher (Claygate Lane, Thames Ditton)(Prescribed Route)Order 1972” in its entirety. c) Suspend “The Surrey County Council D6815 Claygate Lane, Thames Ditton Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024” in its entirety. This Order is required to enable XEIAD/Network Rail to carry out inspections and/or repairs/maintenance works to the Claygate Lane railway bridges. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 9pm and 5am, within 1 night of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 16 January 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. 

Access for residents and businesses will be maintained at all times via the vehicular diversion route:- Claygate Lane, Manor Road North, Kingston By-Pass, the “Scilly Isles Roundabout”, Portsmouth Road and Brooklands Road.


D3026 Canford Drive, Addlestone
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D3026 Canford Drive, Addlestone. This Traffic Order is required to enable WB Civil and Mechanical Limited to carry out pipeline utility works adjacent to “No.80 Canford Drive”. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 5pm, within 11 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 20 January 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, will be maintained via the vehicular diversion route:- Canford Drive and Roakes Avenue.

D3176 Rosemary Lane, Thorpe
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D3176 Rosemary Lane, Thorpe that extends from its junction with D3176 Muckhatch Lane, to the western side of its junction with the access road for “Croft Farm”.

This Traffic Order is required to enable Total Utility Connections to carry out gas mains installations and/or connections and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm within 7 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 17 January 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, equestrians, cyclists and pedestrians will be maintained at all times.

Alternative route:- Thorpe By-Pass, Ten Acre Lane, Village Road, Green Road and Rosemary Lane.


D4009 Epsom Road and D4009 Trodds Lane, Guildford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D4009 Epsom Road and D4009 Trodds Lane, Guildford. 2. Suspend the “Surrey County Council Epsom Road (D4009) and Trodds Lane (D4009) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024” in its entirety. This Traffic Order is required to enable Southern Gas Networks to carry out gas mains replacement and/or connection and/or maintenance works in D4009 Trodds Lane, Guildford between its junction with Abbots Way and the south-eastern property boundary of “No.37 Trodds Lane”.

These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm, within 10 weeks of the 10 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 06 January 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access to affected residences and businesses will be maintained at all times including access for emergency vehicles to such property.

Alternative route:- D4009 Trodds Lane, A25 Shere Road, A25 Epsom Road, D4009 Epsom Road and D4009 Trodds Lane.

D3883 Brooklands Lane, Weybridge
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D3883 Brooklands Lane, Weybridge that extends from the eastern side of its junction with D3883 March Road, to the western side of its junction with B374 Heath Road. This Traffic Order is required to enable Affinity Water to carry out frame and lid renewal and/or maintenance works.

These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 4pm within 2 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 18 January 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents and businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times by means of road plates. Alternative route:- March Road, Mayfield Road and Heath Road.

C229 Bridge Road and D3877 Old Wharf Way, Weybridge
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic (including pedestrians and cyclists) from entering or proceeding in the entire length, including the footway, of:- a) C229 Bridge Road, Weybridge. b) D3877 Old Wharf Way, Weybridge. This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out signal works and/or highway resurfacing and/or improvement and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out in phases between the hours of 7pm and 5am, within 2 weeks of the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 January 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times via the alternative route:- 1. Eastbound Closure:- Old Wharf Way, Weybridge Road, Link Road, Addlestone Road and Bridge Road. 2. Westbound Closure:- Weystone Road, Weybridge Road and Old Wharf Way. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of :-

a) B2128 Horsham Road, Cranleigh that extends from “the Obelisk Junction”, including the length of carriageway comprised within its roundabout junction with B2128 Horsham Road and B2127 Ewhurst Road, to the north-eastern property boundary of “Chipsteads of Cranleigh Limited, Little Manor Service Station, No.2 High Street”.

b) B2127 Ewhurst Road, Cranleigh, both arms that extend from “the Obelisk Junction”, including the length of carriageway comprised within its roundabout junction with B2128 High Street and B2128 Horsham Road, to the south-western property boundary of “Little Causey, Ewhurst Road”.

c) B2128 High Street, Cranleigh that extends from “the Obelisk Junction”, including the length of carriageway comprised within its roundabout junction with B2128 High Street and B2127 Ewhurst Road, to the north-eastern property boundary of “Broadoak Lodge, Horsham Road”.
