Enfield, Multiple Roads, Temporary Prohibitions & Restrictions
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984- SECTION (14.1)
The council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.
MYDDLETON AVENUE EN1 – 4394
Reason for 14(1) Order – Water Works
Operational Date and times:
"At Any time" on 28 November 2024 for 2 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to:
Prohibit traffic from waiting and loading on this road, from outside the common boundary of Nos.35/36 to outside the common boundary of Nos.68/70, on both sides of the carriageway.
OLD PARK AVENUE EN2 – 4396
Reason for 14(1) Order – Water Works
Operational Date and times:
"At Any time" on 4 December 2024 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to:
Prohibit traffic from entering or proceeding on this road at its junction with Old Park Ridings. While this road is closed pedestrian access will be maintained.
HOUNDSDEN ROAD N21 – 4397
Reason for 14(1) Order – Water Works
Operational Date and times:
"At Any time" on 4 December 2024 for 2 days or until works are completed.
The general effect of the Order will be to:
- Close this road at its junction with Eversley Park Road, northwards for approximately 50 metres; and
- Suspend parking on both sides of this road, from its junction with Eversley Park Road to a point in line with the northern eastern flank wall of No.2 Houndsden Road.
While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation.
HASLEMERE ROAD N21 – EM59
Reason for 14(1) Order – Water Works
Operational Date and times:
"At Any time" on 23 November 2024 for a further 16 days,
The general effect of the Order will be to:
Prohibit traffic from entering and proceeding on this road, from a point in line with the southwestern flank wall of No.23 to outside the common boundary of No.17/19. While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation.
BEACONSFIELD ROAD EN3 – EM06
Reason for 14(1) Order – Utility Works
Operational Date and times:
"At Any time" on 24 November 2024 for 2 days,
The general effect of the Order will be to:
Prohibit traffic from entering and proceeding on this road, from its junction with Ordnance Road, southwards for approximately 30 metres.
While this road is closed local diversions will be in operation.
