NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984–SECTION 14
(HOOKHAMS PATH, WOLLASTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Hookhams Path, Wollaston as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Hookhams Path, Wollaston from outside no.6 to outside no.14.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during disconnection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 2nd December 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for
Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs
Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 3 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use Irchester Road, South Street and Hinwick Road.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984–SECTION 14
(GEORGE STREET, WELLINGBOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of George Street, Wellingborough as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of George Street, Wellingborough from the junction with Gold Street to outside no.47.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during new connection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 3rd December 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for
Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs

(UNION STREET, DESBOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Union Street, Desborough as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Union Street Desborough between King Street and Queen Street.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during new connection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 4th December 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for
Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs
Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(VARIOUS ROADS, WELLINGBOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of the various roads in Wellingborough as specified in the Schedule below.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway resurfacing works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 29th November 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for
Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs
Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the roads will be restricted for up to 3 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: 1. Midland Road, Victoria Road, Finedon Road and Eastfield Road. 2. Irthlingborough Road and Midland Road. 3. Eastfield Road, Finedon Road and Roundhouse Way.

(HAYDEN ROAD, RUSHDEN)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Hayden Road, Rushden as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Hayden Road Rushden from outside the football ground.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety to allow MEP access for telegraph poles.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 2nd December 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for
Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for one day.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use Cromwell Road, Blinco Road and Short Stocks.
