HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili ("y Cyngor"), wrth weithredu eu pwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ("Deddf 1984") a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 ("Deddf 2004") a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â'r Prif Swyddog Heddlu yn unol â Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i'r Ddeddf 1984, yn bwriadu gwneud gorchymyn ("y Gorchymyn Drafft") i ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 2019 o dan y canlynol:

  • Ar ochr ogleddol y ffordd fynediad i Stablau Moriah, o’i gyffordd â Moriah Hill yn y cyfeiriad i’r gorllewin am bellter o tua 32m.

Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn drafft, cynlluniau yn dangos y rhanau o’r briffordd dan sylw a datganiad o resymau awdurdod traffig dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn www.caerphilly.gov.uk http://www.caerphilly.gov.uk.

Proposed provision of double yellow lines for Moriah Mews, Risca

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council ("the Council"), in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the 1984 Act") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 ("the 2004 Act") and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act propose to make an order ("the Draft Order") the effect of which is to amend the Caerphilly County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by the following:

Moriah Mews, Risca

  • On the northern side of the access road to Moriah Mews from its junction with Moriah Hill, in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 32m.

A copy of the draft Order, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority’s reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk

The draft Order may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at:

Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) from 27/11/2024 to 19/12/2024, quoting reference SC/15012191.

Any objection to the proposed Order with the grounds for making it should be made by email to trafficorders@caerphilly.gov.uk or in writing to:
