Rhoddid HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith adeilwyrio ac adeiladu sydd angen sgaffaldwaith ar Temperance Hall.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd yr holl draffig cerbydol dros dro, heblaw cerbydau eithriedig, rhag mynd ar hyd yr rhan honno o Dark Street, Hwlffordd – o’i chyffordd â High Street, tua’r gorllewin o’i chyffordd â Mariners Square.

Y ffordd y bydd y gylchrediad, a fydd yn cael ei dangos gan arwyddion dirdro priodol, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun, 2 Rhagfyr 2024, am oddeutu wyth wythnos, rhwng 8am a 4.30pm.

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd drwy High Street, Dew Street, Barn Street, Perrots Avenue a Mariners Square.

Bydd y gorchymyn unffordd sy’n effeithio ar Dark Street yn cael ei atal dros dro yn ystod y gwaith i alluogi mynediad i fusnesau / eiddo ar hyd y rhan hon o’r ffordd lle bo hynny’n ymarferol.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 12 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu’r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (DARK STREET, HAVERFORDWEST)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The Order is necessary so that building repair works requiring scaffolding on Temperance Hall can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Dark Street, Haverfordwest – from its junction with High Street, west to its junction with Mariners Square.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 2nd December 2024 for approximately 8 weeks between 08:00hrs-16:30hrs.

The alternative route for traffic will be via High Street, Dew Street, Barn Street, Perrots Avenue and Mariners Square.

The One Way Order affecting Dark Street will be temporarily suspended during these works to enable access to businesses / properties along this length where practicable.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency should works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
