PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U63309 Bellars Lane/U63310 Eston Avenue, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1 - U63309 Bellars Lane from its junction with U63310 Eston Avenue for a distance of 176 metres in an easterly direction. Closure 2 - U63310 Eston Avenue from its junction with U63309 Bellars Lane to its junction with U63317 Hastings Road.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U63317 Hastings Road, U63319 Wye Avenue, U63309 Bellars Lane (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days between 19 December 2024 and 10 January 2025.

(U63106 Thirlstane Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U63106 Thirlstane Road from its junction with U63109 The Lees to its junction with Percy Walton Close (NSG Ref 24411145).

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U63106 Thirlstane Road (part), U63105 College Road, U63103 Priory Road, U63111 Woodshears Road, U63110 Court Road, U63106 Thirlstane Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days Commencing: 16 December 2024.

(U64213 Weather Lane, Astley Burf) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of U64213 Weather Lane from its junction with B4196 Astley to its junction with Lane from Seedgreen Lane to Weather Lane (NSG Ref 24411789).

Reason: Pressure release valve rebuild by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U64213 Weather Lane (part), U64212 Bull Hill, B4196 Astley, U64213 Weather Lane (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 25 November 2024.

(C2103 Lower Woodsfield, Madresfield) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of C2103 Lower Woodsfield from its junction with U62002 Hawthorn Lane for a distance of 677 metres in a north easterly direction.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2103 Upper Woodsfield, C2102 Newland, A449 Worcester Road, A449 Malvern Road, B4424 Upton Road, C2103 Jennett Tree Lanen and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 25 November 2024.
