Luton - Multiple Parking Notices
What is happening?
THE BOROUGH OF LUTON (STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.**) ORDER 2024.
NOTICE is hereby given that Luton Borough Council, the Highway Authority for the said Borough, intends to make the above Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
The general effect of the Order will be to:
1. Introduce 6.6 metre long disabled badge holder only parking bays outside No’s 140 Cutenhoe Road, 234 Devon Road, 57 Marlin Road, 8 Wulwards Court.
2. Remove a disabled badge holder only parking bay from outside No’s 146 Cutenhoe Road, 26 Ditchling Close, 18 East Hill, 17 River Way.
Copies of the draft Order and reasons for making the proposals are available to view, please call 01582 547168 and copies will be emailed over or if available posted out. If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should write to me at the address below, or email disabledbays@ luton.gov.uk setting out the grounds of your objection by no later than 19th December 2024 quoting reference AR/TRO/P2238
