Kingston upon Thames, Multiple Traffic Notices, Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions
What is happening?
ROYAL BOROUGH OF KINGSTON UPON THAMES
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames propose to make the following Order The Kingston upon Thames (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. *) Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended
2. The general effect of the Order will be in:
(a) Coombe Road, New Malden outside Nos 5 to 29 modify the existing parking restrictions to install a Loading Bay which will operate Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm maximum stay 1 hour no return within 2 hours; and
(b) Castanea Court introduce waiting restrictions operating 'at any time' (double yellow lines).
3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and draft map schedules showing the location and the effect of the proposal may be inspected as follows:-
(a) online at https://www.kingston.gov.uk/tmos-open-statutory-consultation; selecting reference MapKing0099 - Coombe Road
(b) Council libraries; and
(c) copies of the made Order and plans can also be obtained by calling 020 8547 5000 (between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday); or
(d) emailing tmo@kingston.gov.uk (please quote ref MapKing0099).
