ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (PATCHES ROAD, TIVERTON) ORDER 2024
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 23/11/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 25/11/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: PATCHES ROAD, TIVERTON The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - LONGDRAG HILL (B3137), RACKENFORD ROAD, SHILLANDS, LEAT STREET, CHURCH STREET, WELLBROOK STREET, HIGHER WELLBROOK STREET.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: EXCAVATE NARROW TRENCH TO INSTALL MICRO DUCT, ASSOCIATED TOBY BOXES & SUBSEQUENT INSTALLATION OF FIBRE NETWORK. COMPLETE ROAD CROSSING. APPROX 193M. For additional information contact: AVONLINE NETWORKS.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via -ROAD FROM MUTTERTON CROSS TO FIVE CROSS WAY ROAD FROM OLD HILL CROSS TO MUTTERTON CROSS ROAD FROM OLD HILL CROSS TO FIVE CROSS WAY ROAD FROM MUTTERTON CROSS TO FIVE CROSS WAY & VICE VERSA.
